We regret that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Where a performance is sold out tickets may be returned to the Box Office for re-sale although no guarantee can be given for a successful exchange.

Customers who mislay their tickets may be asked to wait until all other patrons are seated. This may be avoided if the box office is notified in advance.
