Un-posted, paid for tickets will be held for collection in advance from the Tourist Information Centre or alternatively may be collected from
the Theatre Box Office (Station Road, Clacton) on the performance night one hour prior to 'curtain up'.

Booking application should be sent to Clacton Tourist Information Centre at the address above. When paying by cheque, please enclose a
SAE if you wish the tickets to be sent to you. Please make cheques payable to Tendring District Council.

Please advise the box office of any mobility difficulties so that provision can be made to ensure maximum comfort during your
visit. For the hard of hearing the Princes Theatre is equipped with an induction loop system.
Ticket Availability
Tickets are sold on the next best available basis.
Concessions
Some shows have a concessionary ticket price. The following persons are eligible for concessionary rates as and when applicable, child 16
or under and senior citizens.
Block Booking A block booking service is available for many shows. Please enquire at the Box Office.
Reservations
Tickets can be reserved for up to 5 working days. Reservations not paid for within this time will be released.
Refunds and Exchanges We regret that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Where a
performance is sold out tickets may be returned to the Box Office for re-sale although no guarantee can be given for a successful
exchange.
Lost Tickets
Customers who mislay their tickets may be asked to wait until all other patrons are seated. This may be avoided if the box
office is notified in advance.
Cancelled or Postponed Shows Should a show be cancelled, every effort will be made to contact all customers
by letter, phone or email, dependent on time available. Tickets will be refunded in all cases. If the show is cancelled by a third party
ie. Artist or company, Tendring District Council cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer.
Programme Information
The Management reserve the right to alter the programme and times due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of
Tendring District Council.

Refreshments & Bar
A confectionery sales service is available at least 30 minutes prior to the performance and ice cream sales are available during the
interval. A licensed bar is open from one hour prior to 'curtain up', during the interval and after the performance. Drinks are not
permitted in the auditorium, smoking is NOT permitted in any part of the venue.
Photography
Unless otherwise stated, the use of cameras and audio-visual equipment is not permitted. Some show promoters may require customers
to hand cameras and audio-visual equipment in at the door for safe keeping during the performance.
Mobile Phones
Please ensure that Mobile Phones are turned off during the Performance.
Merchandise
Merchandise is available for some shows. Tendring District Council cannot be held responsible for any items purchased from third
parties.
The Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
