A well-maintained Holiday Park, situated in Clacton on sea, Essex, approximately 76 miles from

London, located a short walk from the beach. The Holiday Park is set on the side of a gentle

valley, with Reception and majority of the facilities located at the bottom. All of our facilities

have excellent access with ramp readily available. The swimming pool also has a hoist to

enable easy access into the water, and the changing areas have been modified to give extra

room when changing thus allowing a higher regard for dignity.

A local bus service is available adjacent to the Park going into Clacton on Sea, and other

surrounding places of interest. A train station is located 1.5 miles from the Park and both have

easy access for wheelchair users. Several local taxi companies offer modified vehicles, to

enable wheelchair access, and will also accept assistance dogs.

An orientation tour of the Park can be provided through our friendly Reception Team. A cash

point is available on the lower level along with a convenience store and laundry both with good

access.

The Park is located on the A133. The entrance to the Park is open and there are clearly

evident signs of our location at the main entrance.

The entrance to the reception are double doors that are manually operated, should assistance

be needed, reception is manned during opening.

Reception is open from 9am until 6pm daily; it is well lit with 3 large windows to look into

reception. Chunky Pens, clipboards and paper are available should they be needed. When

checking in we have a large intake this generally takes place in the Main Complex. The

Complex is well lit it has ramped access, check in time is from 4pm. We understand that

people have specific needs and endeavour to help in any way we can, we are able to guide

guests to caravans if desired and ensure each case is considered on an individual basis. Please
